The SWA, along with its community partners Resource Depot and Grassy Waters Preserve, is hosting a month-long scavenger hunt throughout the month of July! This family-friendly outdoor scavenger hunt takes place on the SWA Greenway Trail System and around Palm Beach County. The pirate-themed hunt will encourage residents to explore ways to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rethink how they generate and dispose of their waste in our community!
Adventurers will need to download the free GooseChase app on their mobile device and upload photos and videos or answer trivia questions to complete missions and earn points (view a simplified explanation for using the GooseChase app on our website at https://swa.org/682/SWA-4R-Scavenger-Hunt).
Cost to participate is $50 for a crew of 4 ($10 for each additional adult). Proceeds benefit Resource Depot, a not-for-profit creative reuse center in Palm Beach County that collects and distributes unwanted reusable materials to the arts and education communities.
Registration is open, so get your team signed up today!
For your safety, please adhere to all current CDC and/or county guidelines while participating in this scavenger hunt.
