Mayor Keith A. James developed the Mayor’s Jumpstart Academy (MJA) to provide underrepresented and underserved communities in the City of West Palm Beach with credit building and entrepreneurship training. In partnership with the Co.Starters network, Justine Petersen and the Urban League of Palm Beach County, MJA will help budding entrepreneurs go from an idea to a reality in 90 days.
