The Arts in the Heart & Soul Park series is a free community event that seeks to provide local artists the opportunity to showcase their talents while also providing access to others of those artists and their work. This is happening at the park in the historic Northwest neighborhood and is being sponsored by the WPBCRA. It’s purpose? Providing a cultural hub for diverse artists, art-lovers and, well, the community to mix, mingle and have fun! There will be live painting, entertainment, arts and crafts vendors.
